These Terms govern your access to the ConvoAI platform.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide the AI knowledge assistant; you retain ownership of your data and infrastructure.
1. SaaS Subscription Agreement
ConvoAI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered document search with built-in privacy and compliance. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform to search your documents using AI in your own cloud environment.
2. Service Description
Our platform enables you to search your documents using AI while maintaining security, compliance, and cost control. Services include:
- Access to the ConvoAI AI knowledge assistant
- Multi-cloud support for AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Privacy controls and cost limit enforcement
- Immutable audit logging and SIEM export (Enterprise+)
- Usage and cost-tracking analytics
Infrastructure Ownership: You are responsible for all costs incurred in your cloud accounts (e.g., AWS Bedrock tokens, S3 storage). ConvoAI does not resell cloud resources.
3. Subscription Tiers & Usage Limits
Tier Enforcement
Starter ($199/mo)
Up to 10 users and 500 indexed files. 1 Cloud Adapter.
Team ($999/mo)
Up to 100 users and 5,000+ indexed files. 2 Cloud Adapters.
Enterprise ($3k–$10k/mo)
Contracted limits, all adapters, SSO/SAML, and full audit trails.
Fail-Closed Policy: Access is automatically restricted if usage limits are exceeded or subscription status is inactive.
4. Data Sovereignty & Security
Your Data: ConvoAI does not host or store your sensitive document data. All RAG workflows execute in your own cloud infrastructure. We only process metadata and telemetry required for governance.
Security Responsibility: While we provide the governance guardrails, you are responsible for the security of your own cloud accounts, including IAM role management and encryption key rotation.
5. Intellectual Property
ConvoAI retains all rights, title, and interest in the SaaS platform and software. You retain all rights to your data, your custom models, and your infrastructure configurations.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime for the platform. However, the availability of your AI workflows depends on your underlying cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Disclaimer: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". CONVOAI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, WHICH REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MODELS RUNNING IN YOUR CLOUD.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon termination, your cloud connections will be disconnected, and access to the platform will cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your subscription agreement.
